Contract Signing with ITSC for Implementing ITIL best practices for network service

The project of "implementation of IT Service Management based on ITIL best practices for the government service support network” is initiated by signing a contract between Information Technology, Telecommunications and Security Center (ITSC) of Presidential Administration office with the Center for intelligent solutions of Sharif University and Danesh company.

The project aims to support the main systems and services available on the network platform, such as Symad 1 and symad 2, Spad, officials, business process management system, Automated communication service, etc. The main purpose of the project is to design and create a service desk (as the first and only communicational input of network clients with the technology center) in order to integrate processes and procedures at the Technology Center of presidential administration office. The most important results of the project include the following:

  • Managing response times to requests, incidents and problems related to administration network
  • Reporting the performance of systems available on the network platform
  • To improve communication and coordination between the Offices of Technology Center
  • Improve the level of trust and satisfaction of stakeholders and creating value for organizations connected to the government network
  • Reduce costs and save resources used on the government support network
  • Ensure best practices in network administration and support services in the fastest time
  • Performing More changes in shorter time and work cycles with more predictability
