The project of "implementation of IT Service Management based on ITIL best practices for the government service support network” is initiated by signing a contract between Information Technology, Telecommunications and Security Center (ITSC) of Presidential Administration office with the Center for intelligent solutions of Sharif University and Danesh company.
The project aims to support the main systems and services available on the network platform, such as Symad 1 and symad 2, Spad, officials, business process management system, Automated communication service, etc. The main purpose of the project is to design and create a service desk (as the first and only communicational input of network clients with the technology center) in order to integrate processes and procedures at the Technology Center of presidential administration office.
